The ClearBalance® Program, offered by Republic Bank & Trust Company, allows you to make monthly payments over an extended period of time by opening a revolving account.
Opening a ClearBalance Account allows you to combine current and future account balances with Northern Arizona Healthcare into one account, payable in manageable monthly payments to Republic Bank & Trust Company. A minimum monthly payment will be required each month. You may, however, choose to pay off the entire balance without penalty, at any time.
